The database provides the transcriptome sequencing data of common carp (Cyprinus carpio) liver that underwent astaxanthin dietary intervention. Two groups of fish received either a control diet (C) with no astaxanthin or an experimental diet (E3) with 150 mg/kg of astaxanthin for 60 days.
