Here we studied the role of Dystroglycan in the function of inhibitory cerebellar synapses from MLIs onto Purkinje cells. In all cases, we recorded mIPSCs from Purkinje cells held at -70mV in whole cell voltage clamp. The bath contained NBQX and TTX. Recordings were performed using Igor Pro 8 (Wavemetrics) and files are in the proprietary .pxp format. Genotype information for each recording can be found in the phys_metadata.csv file in this dataset. Igor code for mIPSC analysis can be found at https://github.com/jnjahncke/mini_analysis (for publication, a cutoff of -12000 was used).
