Kinetic effect of OVA sensitization on the dynamic of mycobiome and bacteriome in Wistar rat

This study aims to explore the kinetic effects of OVA allergenicity on clinical symptoms, immune responses (OVA-sIgE, total IgE), and histopathological changes in the intestine, in addition to testing a hypothesis that there might be important fungal and bacterial communities that play an essential part in inter or intra kingdoms interactions related to food allergy. The present study might enhance our understanding of OVA allergenicity on immune responses, microbial dynamics (bacteria and fungi), and their ecological correlation. Enhanced knowledge about the kinetic effect of food allergens on microbiome signatures may help to better understand microbial intervention approaches for allergy prevention.
