"The TD-HER dataset contains post-disturbance frequency time-domain simulation data for the IEEE 39-bus (10 generators) and IEEE 300-bus (69 generators) systems, generated via PSS\/E under randomized disturbance types, operating conditions, and network topologies. Three pre-processed representations are provided: tabular (RepA), spatiotemporal tensor (RepB), and graph (RepC), covering five observation windows (10 ms to 250 ms) and three generalization levels (same-distribution, cross-condition, and cross-topology). The dataset comprises 126,739 samples for the IEEE 39-bus system and 9,240 samples for the IEEE 300-bus system. Prediction targets are the signed center-of-inertia (COI) frequency extremum (Hz) and the nonnegative time from disturbance trigger to frequency extremum (s). All data are stored as NumPy arrays, totaling 18 GB across 205 files. The dataset supports reproducible benchmarking of machine learning models for power system frequency stability assessment."
