资源简介:
A central cause of diabetic nephropathy (DN) is podocyte injury. There are many factors causing podocyte injury in DN, such as hyperglycemia, oxidative stress and inflammation. In this study, a signal regulator protein a (SIRPa) was found to play a critical role in regulating podocyte metabolism, oxidative stress and inflammatory. Overall design: To explore the relationship between molecular pathways regulated by down-regulation of SIRPa expression and podocyte injury in Primitive cells of mice renal podocytes
