Genome assembly and annotation of Deinagkistrodon acutus

Based on the next generation sequencing data, we assembled and annotated a highly continuous genome of D. acutus with a genome size of 1.46Gb and a scaffold N50 length of 6.21Mb, the repeat content in the genome is 42.81%, and the genes have been annotated.
