This data repository contains dissolved oxygen measurements from experiments during which oxygen was controlled by a microcontroller connected to a FireStingO2 oxygen sensor (PyroScience). R scripts for analysis of DO measurements and Arduino sketches are supplied to reproduce analyses and DO control systems.<br>Funding for this project was provided by Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and the NeuroCure Cluster of Excellence to Prof. Rüdiger Krahe
