Soleus muscle CAGE profiles of mice (C57BL/6J) under normal conditions, torpid by fasting, under high ambient temperature (32°C), torpor deprived were generated by deep sequencing, in two runs and 2-8 replicates, using Illumina NextSeq. Overall design: CAGE RNA-seq from soleus muscle of mice in six conditions: ad. lib. fed on day 1 (Pre), food withdrawn on day 2 to induce torpor (Mid), food returned on day 3 (Post), high ambient temperature and with food, day 2 (HiT), torpor deprivation by touching, day 2 (Dep) and normally fed, day 2 (Fed).
