数据集主要面向医用CT废弃靶材开展研究,利用放电等离子烧结设备,开展了医用CT靶材的制备与修复的研究工作,探明了靶材的制备和修复的工艺参数和内在机理。研究过程中使用GDMS分析检测了原料粉末以及再修复靶材的纯度;采用X-射线衍射仪获得了废弃靶材、原料粉末、再修复靶材等样品的XRD图谱;使用SEM、EDS、EBSD、TEM等获得了废弃靶材、原料粉末、再修复靶材等样品的扫描电镜图片及电子背散射衍射图片;使用粒径分析软件获得了废弃靶材、原料粉末以及再修复靶材的的粒径分布图;采用力学性能测试仪和激光导热仪等获得了废弃靶材和再修复靶材的硬度、抗弯强度、热导率以及电导率等,数据量1.58GB。

This dataset focuses on research on waste medical CT targets. Using spark plasma sintering (SPS) equipment, we conducted studies on the preparation and repair of medical CT targets, and clarified the process parameters and underlying mechanism of target preparation and repair. During the research, GDMS was utilized to analyze and detect the purity of raw material powders and re-repaired targets; an X-ray diffractometer was employed to obtain XRD patterns of samples including waste targets, raw material powders and re-repaired targets; instruments such as SEM, EDS, EBSD and TEM were used to acquire scanning electron microscopy images and electron backscatter diffraction images of the aforementioned samples; particle size analysis software was applied to generate particle size distribution maps of waste targets, raw material powders and re-repaired targets; mechanical property testers and laser thermal conductivity analyzers were adopted to measure the hardness, flexural strength, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity of waste targets and re-repaired targets, among other performance indicators. The total data volume of this dataset is 1.58 GB.
