Plant diversity and soil physicochemical properties

This dataset contains raw and processed ecological data used in the study of vegetation community succession and soil property changes in Hainan Tropical Rainforest National Park. The dataset includes plant community survey data, soil physicochemical measurements, and environmental variables across different restoration stages (plantation, natural regeneration, and secondary forest). These data support analyses of biodiversity patterns, community structure, and soil–vegetation interactions. The dataset enables full reproducibility of statistical analyses and figures presented in the associated manuscript.
