The objective of this studio was to analyze microbial diversity from rumen metagenomes of bovines fed with yeast additives. Four treatments were performed, T0: Control treatment, T1: Liquid yeast 150, T2: liquid yeast 300 and T3: lyophilized yeast.The sequences obtained were used to perform a diversity analysis in bacteria, archaea, fungi, protozoa, and viruses; and functional and CAZymes annotations. Twelve metagenomes were obtained, a total of 15,384,618 sequences for taxonomic classification and annotations
