Minutes of Meeting: Governing Board, 25 August 2023

Minutes of the 98th IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 25 August 2023 in Rotterdam. The Board discussed the President’s priorities for 2023–2025, legal responsibilities under Dutch law, and the Code of Ethics and Conduct.
