资源简介:
Acetaminophen (APAP), an active component of many analgesic and antipyretic drugs, is one of the most concerning trace contaminants in the environment, being considered as an emergent pollutant of marine and aquatic ecosystems. Despite of its biodegradability, APAP become a recalcitrant compound due to the growth of global population, ease of availability and inefficient wastewater treatment applied. In this study, we used a transcriptomic approach to get functional and metabolic insights about the metabolization of APAP by a phenol-degrading fungal strain, Penicillium chrysogenum var. halo-phenolicum
