Cultivation of Melissa officinalis Under Inoculation with Different Plant Growth-Promoting Microorganisms

This study investigated the cultivation of Melissa officinalis under the inoculation of four different plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR). After 60 days of cultivation, four samples were collected for analysis. Taxonomic characterization of the microbial communities was performed, along with the extraction of essential oil to evaluate potential changes in its composition. The results will provide insights into the effects of PGPR inoculation on both plant growth and essential oil production, contributing to the development of sustainable agricultural practices.
