This dataset contains a single zipped folder containing: data scripts needed to reproduce the manuscript entitled "Spatial transcriptomics of T and B cell receptors uncovers lymphocyte clonal dynamics in human tissue", deposited on bioRxiv. Each folder is organized by tissue type, methodology, and analysis. A readme file accompanies each folder with details on the files/scripts within that folder. Alongside the paper and supplementary materials, it should be possible to reproduce all the figures in the manuscript.
