This dataset includes species diversity, canopy structural diversity, forest productivity, topographic variables, climatic variables from 16 forest dynamics plots:
The species diversity and forest productivity data were calculated from ground census data;
The canopy structural diversity was calculated from airborne laser scanning data;
Topographic variables were calculated from elevational data of each plot;
Climatic variables were downloaded from WorldClim using the center coordinates of each plot.
