In law, there is an independent body/bodies mandated to receive and investigate cases of alleged public sector corruption.
A YES (100) score is earned where all of the following conditions are met:
1) a law mandates a specific body to receive and investigate citizens' allegations of public sector corruption, and
2) a law establishes that the body is independent from the Executive and Legislative branches.

A NO (0) score is earned where no such law exists, or a law exists but it doesn't meet the two conditions described in YES.
