Data for: Effect of composition on structural and optoelectronic properties of combinatorial BaZrS3 thin films

This dataset contains experimental and modeled data supporting the study of composition-dependent phase formation and optoelectronic properties in BaZrS₃ thin films. The data include XRF-derived compositions, phase fractions obtained from a stoichiometric decomposition model, GIXRD and Raman measurements, optical absorption data, and time-resolved spectroscopy (PL, TRPL, OPTP). The dataset corresponds to the manuscript “Effect of composition on structural and optoelectronic properties of combinatorial BaZrS3 thin films”.
