Nature connectedness, social dominance orientation, and support for marginalized groups

This package contains the datasets and codes for peer review of a project, which is a network analysis on the relationships between nature connectedness, social dominance orientation, and support for marginalized groups. The files will be made available to the public upon acceptance of the work for publication.The datasets are provided in .csv format.The codes were developed in Python, mainly based on the glasso module of the sklearn library and NetworkX. Customized functions are developed to perform specific tests and visualizations, such as obtaining the bootstrapped 95%CI of edge strengths and centrality indices, the correlation stability of centrality indices, and the permutative network comparison tests. These functions were developed based on existing R packages, qgraph (10.32614/CRAN.package.qgraph) and bootnet (10.32614/CRAN.package.bootnet), with reference to their source codes.The codes are available as Jupyter Notebooks (*.ipynb) where users can run them on their machines using an IPython Kernel. As a web-based application, there are also various extensions/ plugins available for web browsers to view the Jupyter Notebooks without running a IPython Kernel (e.g., the Python Notebook Viewer on Firefox). The codes are also provided as *pdf files for users who want to study the codes only.
