Epigenetic profiling to identify a human effector regulatory T cell core signature [H3K27ac]

We investigated the active enhancer landscape of human Treg in an autoimmune-associated inflammatory environment, i.e. synovial fluid (SF) from inflamed joints of Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA) to improve our understanding of human effector Treg programming. Overall design: Examination of H3K27acmodifications in 3 biological replicates of each healthy adult peripheral blood and Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis patient synovial fluid regulatory T cells.
