The bacterial microbiota in different gastrointestinal tract compartments in Mongolian horses Raw sequence reads

This study was designed to provide a detailed microbiological profile of the Mongolian horses gastrointestinal tract, including samples collected from the lumen of the stomach, jejunum, ileum, cecum, ventral colon and dorsal colon.We characterized the microbial composition of the different parts of the Mongolian horse GIT using high throughput sequencing for the first time.
