Red clover (Trifolium pratense L.) is an important cultivated plant in southern China, where many soils are acidic. However, little research exists concerning the rhizospheric soil microbes associated with red clover under acid stress.In this paper, In order to improve understanding of rhizosphere microbial diversity in rhizosphere of red clover under acid stress, 37 samples extracted from this study were analyzed by high-throughput sequencing,the changes in microbial community structure in the rhizospheric soil associated with two varieties of red clover under different pH values (6.8, 5.4 and 4.2) and grown for different periods (30, 60 and 90 days) were studied.
