Genome and transcriptome sequencing from a single animal of Hypsibius dujardini. Hypsibius dujardini strain:Z151

Hypsibius dujardini is a hydrophilic and hydrophilic tardigrade with comparatively weak anhydrobiotic capabilities (requires a couple of days to completely enter anhydrobiosis). Since the current culture of Hypsibius dujardini is not axenic, we conducted ultra low input sequencing of this tardigrade starting from a single individual to minimize microbial contamination.
