To investigate the effects of A-type lamins on chromatin accessibility during mechanical loading in human skeletal muscle, we established 72h differentiated muscle cells in which each target gene has been knocked down by siRNA. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 4 different cells in two conditions: baseline and after 4h cyclic mechanical stretch.Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for control and siRNA knockdown myotubes.
