The16SrRNA gene data are amplicon sequences PCR amplified with the primers 341_ill forward (TCGTCGGCAGATGTGTATAAGAGACAGCCTACGGGNGGCWGCAG) and 802_ill reverse (GTCTCGTGGGCTCGGAGATGTGTATAAGAGACAGGACTACHVGGGTATCTAATCC). The samples come from the northern Adriatic Sea from the years 2015 and 2016. The Metagenomes are Illumina HiSeq 250bp paired end sequences from the same sample location as the the 16SrRNA data from the days 24.06.15, 25.06.15, 01.02.16 and 02.02.16.
