<b>(Includes MeSH 2023 - 2026 changes)</b> The MeSH 2026 Update - Update (All Fields) Report lists each individual modification made to a Descriptor or Supplementary Concept Record (SCR). More than one field on a term can be modified during YEP, resulting in a term having multiple entries on the list. <b>This report includes MeSH changes from previous years, starting from 2023.</b>
