These are sequence corresponds to 165 nucleotides region of the NS5 gene for Flaviviridae virus. Briefly a description of study, 579 Ae. aegypti females were collected between March and September 2016 from inside, outside and peridomicile of the Mayan community of Xkalakdzonot and Paraiso in Yucatán, México. Afther were sorted into 89 pools by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) using flavivirus-specific primers which amplify an ~251 nt region of the NS5 gene. Three pools RT-PCR products were purified, and Sanger sequencing was performed. The sequences were aligned and edited using Mega v.7 software
