# Structural MRI dataset from NIMH: Clinical and Translational Neuroscience Branch and Behavioral Endocrinology Branch

This dataset is comprised of T1-weighted and T2-weighted structural MRI scans acquired from two different National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH) Intramural Research Program (IRP) protocols:

These data were acquired between October, 2018 and September, 2023 at NIMH in Bethesda, Maryland.

## Dataset summary

The dataset contains a total of 135 participants and 244 sessions. Every participant has a minimum of 1 session and maximum of 6 sessions. On average, each participant has about 2 sessions of data.

The youngest participant is aged 8 years old and the oldest is aged 55 years. The median age of participants in the dataset is 16 years.

### Subjects

Participants were screened for eligibility based on history and physical examination by a clinician, by routine laboratory testing, and by a radiologist-reviewed MRI examination. Participants 18 or older and parents of minor participants provided written informed consent, and minor children provided assent.

### Apparatus

These data were acquired on a GE MR-750 3T MRI scanner on the NIH main campus at Bethesda, MD.
