These data were collected during Southern Ocean cruises JR18004, JR18005, JR19001, JR19002, and 2020/2021 transit cruises (here called JR30001) on the RRS James Clark Ross (JCR) on behalf of the Natural Environment Research Council funded project ORCHESTRA. The wind data were measured by Metek sonic anemometer. The gas concentration data were measured by Picarro gas analyser. The data are the calculated 20-minute eddy covariance air-sea CO<sub>2</sub>, eddy covariance sensible heat fluxes, 10-metre neutral wind speed, and eddy covariance fraction velocity.
