Epidemiological linelists NCPHL - V. cholerae identification and antibiotic susceptibility testing from suspected cholera patient samples

Sample of epidemiological sample report ('linelists') produced by the National Centre of Public Health Laboratories (NCPHL) in Sana’a, Yemen during the years 2020 and 2021 regarding the identification of <em>V. cholerae</em> bacteria and testing of their antibiotic susceptibility from rectal swab samples obtained from suspected cholera patients in different governorates of Yemen (one linelist spreadsheet per governorate/year). This non-exhaustive set of reports represents follow-up data subsequent to those reported in Table S7 of the article by Lassalle et al. (BioRxiv 2021; https://doi.org/10.1101/2022.08.24.504966).
