We report the characterization of transcript dynamics in human colorectal cancer HCT116 cells during Fusobacterium nucleatum infection using thiol-linked alkylation for the metabolic sequencing of RNA (SLAMseq). Overall design: RNA-seq profiling of HCT116 cells in the condition of infection (Fn) and uninfection (noFn) at a 2 hour of 4sU labeling (+4sU) or unlabeling (-4sU)
