Radar–Satellite Fusion Nowcasting Dataset (Himawari-8 BTD + Weather Radar) over Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia (2019)

This record provides the dataset used for radar–satellite fusion rainfall nowcasting over the Kendari region, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. The study domain covers 280 km × 280 km (128×128 pixels) bounded by 2.77°S–5.32°S and 121.16°E–123.67°E. The dataset spans 60 consecutive days (01 Jan–29 Feb 2024) at 10-minute cadence (8640 aligned timestamps). Data are distributed as ZIP archives for Himawari-8 BTD inputs (btd_13-08, btd_15-13, btd_16-13), radar reflectivity (radar), and three binary target mask sets (t1, t2, t3) corresponding to the operational rainfall thresholds evaluated in the study. For reproducibility, the record includes the fixed day-grouped split protocol (split_days_fixed.json), per-lead manifests for 10/30/60-minute horizons (manifests/), and an integrity/alignment report (validation_report.json).
