Evaluate the influence of somatic cell nuclear transfer on gene expression profiles in foetal tissues (whole bodies) at D30 Overall design: 4 replicates in SCNT, 4 replicates in AI (whole body) were hybridized (total N=8). Hybridization design: Dye Switch: N=8 slides were randomly hybridized using SCNT vs control (AI). SCNT foetal tissues (whole body) were once labelled with Cy3 against a first control (AI) and re-hybridized once labelled with Cy5 on another slide against the next control.
