Es wird eine kompakte Perspektive auf das Konzept der „Führung“ aus der Position von Integrativer Supervision und Coaching gegeben. Evolutionspsychologische, macht- und demokratietheoretische Überlegungen und eine Befragung von Führungskräften fundieren eine differentielle Sicht auf das Führungsthema, dass in der Managementliteratur eher flach behandelt wird. A concise view on the concept of “leadership” is given from the perspective of Integrative Supervision and Coaching.
