Sustainability assessment tools for retail buildings: a comparative analysis of trends and opportunities

This dataset consist of the user manuals from the non-domestic buildings’ versions of LEED, BREEAM and DGBN for new buildings and corresponded to the latest version of the method applicable to new retail buildings, namely: “LEED v4.1 BUILDING DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION, dated April 2021”, “Technical Manual SD5078 BREEAM UK New Construction 2018 3.0 for Non-domestic Buildings”, and “DGNB New Buildings Criteria Set Version 2020 International”.
