Contribution of the horizontally acquired region A in yeast fermentation

The Saccharomyces cerevisiae “ALL” (standardized name) wine yeast strain (isolate name 21-4-99) used in this work was part of the 1011 yeast genomes project. This strain belongs to the Wine/European cluster, and it was isolated from the Danube River in Bratislava, Slovakia. In this project, the “ALL” strain was sequenced using PacBio technology through the sequencing facilities of the University of Valencia, Spain. PacBio sequencing reads were obtained using the Circular Consensus Sequencing (CCS) method. Finally, the file we upload contains clean reads without adapters.
