Cytometer data for CRISPRi GFP testing

Measurements of sfGFP expression performed by cytometry, after 85 generations of growth with induction of the CRISPRi machinery. After this, cultures were divided in two and grown overnight both without induction of the CRISPRi machinery (control) or with induction (induced). CRISPRi machinery programmed with an sgRNA against sfGFP common to all strains. sfGFP is constitutively expressed under a pTet promoter lacking tetR. FC indicates the Fold-Change in GFP signal comparing the control <i>vs </i>the induced samples for each strain.
