Romania Marginalized Rural Areas

The proportion of population living in marginalized rural areas disadvantaged in human capital, formal employment, and housing conditions. First (value = 1) category represents the marginalized rural areas in which less than 20% of inhabitants are Roma and the second category (value = 2) represents the marginalized rural areas in which more than 20% of inhabitants are Roma.
