ONT-Seq and RNA-seq were performed in fall armyworm (FAW), Spodoptera frugiperda and its Vip3Aa resistance strain mid-guts. DNA methylation map and transcriptome were established by analyzing the sequencing data. Combining analyses of DNA methylation map and transcriptome were performed to explore the function of DNA methylation in regulating FAW Vip3Aa resistance.
