资源简介:
The goal of the study was to analyse new transcriptomic resources obtained in the freshwater snail Lymnaea stagnalis. We have developed a project of evolutionary ecotoxicology, using this species as a non-target model of pesticides, with a particular focus on oxidative stress. Data were generated using 454 pyroseqencing, with a twofold objective, i.e., contig annotation and exploration of gene differential expression between oxidative stress and control conditions. The generated resources will be further used to study the molecular basis of population evolution under pesticide pressure.Annotated contigs will be publicly accessible via a web tool allowing sequence and annotation retrieval and SNP putative location. This will be potentially useful for any upcoming genomic approach developed in L. stagnalis.
