国台数智酒业传统车间各轮次基酒数据

通过对近五年不同轮次不同香型基酒理化和色谱数据进行收集记录，经过分析处理后，得到不同轮次不同香型基酒总酸、总酯和29个气相色谱理化指标数据平均值、最大值、最小值、中位数和方差。反映出相应理化指标的范围、离散程度和指标数值集中区间。可用于指导制定大曲酱香型白酒各轮次标准，判断生产情况是否正常。

This dataset is developed by collecting and recording physicochemical and chromatographic data of base liquors of different rounds and aroma types over the past five years, followed by systematic analytical processing. It contains the mean, maximum, minimum, median and variance values of total acidity, total esters and 29 physicochemical indicators detected by gas chromatography for base liquors of different rounds and aroma types. These data reflect the value ranges, dispersion degrees and concentration intervals of the corresponding physicochemical indicators, and can be used to guide the formulation of standards for each round of Daqu Jiang-flavor baijiu and to evaluate whether the production status is normal.
