The invention provides a marker related to quantitative traits of a Gramineae plant， and in particular， stalk length. Such Gramineae stalk-length-related marker comprises a continuous nucleic acid region selected from a region sandwiched between the nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1 and the nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 2 of a chromosome of the Gramineae plant. Provided is a marker associated with stem length among quantitative traits of Poaceae plants. This Poaceae plant stem length associated marker comprises a contiguous nucleic acid region selected from a region intercalated between the base sequence shown in sequence number 1 and the base sequence shown in sequence number 2 in the chromosome of a Poaceae plant.
