A Commentary ( (ممزوج on the beginning of an Explanation of the Shamsîyah by قال and اقول. This commentary is ascribed in the colophon to SAIYID SHARÎF JURJÂNÎ (d. A.H. 816). The author of the explanation is not named. He quotes Ḳuṭb al-dîn (d. A.H. 766), and is here spoken of as being dead.
The present work extends only over his preface and his explanation of the preface of the Shamsîyah.
Begins:الحمدلله الغنى الفيّاض .... و بعد فهذه تحفة مزجاة الى كل طلاّب كل زمان ‘ كتحفة النمل الى حضرة سليمان.
This copy was transcribed by ‘Alî b. Ḥâjjî Mîr (?) ‘Alî b. Mas’ûd, A.H. 876. Marginal notes.
