“长寿命多孔含油保持架的制备及工程化”(编号XDC04020402)是先导专项“高端轴承自主可控制造” (编号XDC04000000)中的子课题之一。研制了一种多孔聚酰亚胺含油材料,材料内部具有贯通的孔隙,浸入润滑油可用作高速高精度轴承保持架,具有长寿命、免维护的特点。形成了等静压制备多孔聚酰亚胺的新技术,制备出微观结构可控、孔径均匀、重复性好的多孔材料,解决了传统方法制备的多孔聚酰亚胺材料重复性差、无法量产的难题。设定了固液复合润滑体系,考察了载荷和速度双因素耦合条件下复合润滑体系的摩擦学性能,得出了一定的影响规律,分析了固油复合润滑体系的减摩耐磨机理。建立了润滑油粘度——孔径——转速三维模型,对多孔聚酰亚胺材料的大范围应用具有指导意义。用研制材料替换进口轴承保持架,装配出含油轴承,与进口脂润滑轴承进行了平行实验,新装轴承与进口轴承性能保持一致。研制材料可进行批量化生产,在台架实验及工程应用中取得了良好的效果,为我国的高端含油轴承发展提供了技术支撑。数据集主要包括子课题任务书、年度计划、年度报告等子课题管理文件,研制过程产生的记录、数据、实验报告等过程文件。
Preparation and Engineering Application of Long-Life Porous Oil-Impregnated Bearing Cage (Project No. XDC04020402) is one of the sub-projects under the Leading Special Project "Independent and Controllable Manufacturing of High-End Bearings" (Project No. XDC04000000). A porous polyimide oil-impregnated material was developed, which has through-going internal pores. When impregnated with lubricating oil, it can be used as a cage for high-speed and high-precision bearings, featuring long service life and maintenance-free operation. A new isostatic pressing technology for preparing porous polyimide was developed, enabling the production of porous materials with controllable microstructure, uniform pore size and excellent repeatability. This solves the long-standing problems of poor repeatability and inability for mass production of porous polyimide materials prepared via traditional methods. A solid-liquid composite lubrication system was established. The tribological performance of the composite lubrication system under the coupled conditions of load and speed was investigated, and corresponding influence rules were derived. The friction-reducing and wear-resistant mechanisms of the solid-oil composite lubrication system were analyzed. A three-dimensional model correlating lubricating oil viscosity, pore size and rotational speed was established, which provides guidance for the large-scale application of porous polyimide materials. The developed material was used to replace imported bearing cages to assemble oil-impregnated bearings. Parallel experiments were conducted between the newly assembled bearings and imported grease-lubricated bearings, showing that their performance is consistent with that of the imported bearings. The developed material can be mass-produced, and has achieved excellent results in bench tests and engineering applications, providing technical support for the development of high-end oil-impregnated bearings in China. The dataset mainly includes sub-project management documents such as the sub-project task statement, annual plans and annual reports, as well as process documents including records, data and experimental reports generated during the development process.
