钙钛矿太阳能电池光伏参数调控数据集主要聚焦影响钙钛矿太阳能电池的几个关键因素:如钙钛矿薄膜掺杂、厚度、制备工艺等参量,研究影响钙钛矿材料光电性质及其光伏器件性能的核心要素,为制备高效钙钛矿太阳能电池器件提供理论基础。基于XPS、GIXRD、PL、J-V、EQE、EIS、TAS及SCLC等测试表征方法的建立,记录了钙钛矿薄膜表面形貌、晶体结构、表面组分、表面电势、缺陷浓度、载流子寿命以及钙钛矿太阳电池器件的光伏性能等数据,形成了掺杂条件分析数据、薄膜厚度调控数据、工艺参数分析数据、光伏性能表征数据和论文及发明专利等文件,数据量约为800M。

The Perovskite Solar Cell Photovoltaic Parameter Tuning Dataset focuses on several key factors influencing perovskite solar cells, such as doping, thickness, and preparation processes of perovskite thin films. It investigates the core determinants affecting the optoelectronic properties of perovskite materials and the performance of photovoltaic devices, providing a theoretical foundation for the fabrication of high-efficiency perovskite solar cell devices. Established using characterization techniques including XPS, GIXRD, PL, J-V, EQE, EIS, TAS, and SCLC, this dataset collects data covering the surface morphology, crystal structure, surface composition, surface potential, defect concentration, carrier lifetime of perovskite thin films, as well as the photovoltaic performance of perovskite solar cell devices. It is structured into datasets for doping condition analysis, thin film thickness tuning, process parameter analysis, and photovoltaic performance characterization, along with supporting documents such as academic papers and invention patents, with a total data volume of approximately 800 MB.
