用户入网时通过入网协议授权采集手机实名制认证数据，通过脱敏处理，形成手机实名制认证数据，根据中国联通用户隐私政策，后续在使用过程中，在征得用户单独授权后，方可调用用户数据用于通过输入用户手机号，查询该手机号是否已经实名制的场景

When a user subscribes to a mobile network service, they authorize the collection of mobile phone real-name authentication data via the network access agreement. The collected data is subjected to desensitization processing to form the mobile real-name authentication dataset. Pursuant to the User Privacy Policy of China Unicom, during subsequent service usage, the user data may only be accessed and utilized for the scenario where a user inputs their phone number to verify whether the number has completed real-name authentication, upon obtaining separate explicit authorization from the user.
