Reduced representation sequencing of invasive Tanacetum vulgare

Reduced representation sequencing of the herbaceous perennial plant common tansy (Tanacetum vulgare) from across its invaded range in Minnesota, USA. Leaf tissue from individuals was collected from 178 localities from across the state (1/locality) to conduct a landscape genomics study to investigate genetic differentiation. We were also interested to determine if patterns of genetic diversity were driven by isolation by distance or if environmental factors better explained genetic patterns and pathways of dispersal.
