The 2021 North American Emissions Modeling Platform is based on the 2020 National Emissions Inventory (NEI), including updates to specific sectors to represent emissions from 2021. Sectors that reflect 2021-specific emissions include electric generating units and other point sources; wildland, prescribed, and agricultural fires; onroad and nonroad mobile sources; and commercial marine vessels. The data posted here include emissions for each sector output from SMOKE in a CMAQ-ready format.
