Functional enrichment pathway analysis for the set of genes differentially regulated by vaccination was determined using IPA software. Statistical significance: (p<0.05). The ratio provides the proportion of genes in the respective canonical pathway, which are significantly differentially expressed after vaccination, relative to all genes present in the pathway. The proportion of upregulated and downregulated genes in the respective pathway and a full list of differentially expressed genes (molecules) assigned to the pathway are provided. The canonical pathways most significantly enriched by differentially expressed genes in response to vaccination after calving.
