We aimed at characterizing the response to reduced cPLA2α activity in metastatic versus non-metastatic cells. We employed an isogenic murine cell line pair displaying metastatic (4T1) and non-metastatic (67NR) phenotype to investigate the role of cPLA2α on migration.
